How can America in particular, and the West in general, square First Amendment principles of religious liberty with clear evidence that mosques in Europe and the USA have become staging areas for incitement to violence, jihadi terror and a global caliphate?

How can we possibly reconcile American-style Judeo-Christian religious freedom, tolerance and free speech with Islamic militancy, with a Q'ran-justified ethic of deceit…and with ticking sleeper-cell time bombs -- in both the figurative and literal senses?

Even more difficult: How does the Judeo-Christian West defend itself from demographic and cultural jihad, by which Sharia and all its illiberal, misogynist and chauvinistic manifestations become law via democratic processes and Mafia-style intimidation?
